Terms for using AskOdie.
These Terms explain the rules for accessing the AskOdie website and participating in available services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use AskOdie services. If services require an account in the future, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your access.
Acceptable use
When using the AskOdie website or services, you agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information.
- Scrape, resell or reproduce the services without permission.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit. The AskOdie name, logo, Odie character and website content are the property of FAMP Ltd and may not be used without permission.

The services may reference or connect to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and changes
AskOdie is under active development. Features, availability and pricing may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the services at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AskOdie provides general educational information only and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAMP Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the services where these terms are violated or where required for security or legal reasons.
Disputes and governing law
The governing law and dispute-resolution process will be specified in the final terms prepared with counsel. Until then, please raise any concern with us directly at hello@askodie.com and we will work to resolve it in good faith.
